Terms of Purchase and Use
1. Seller and support
For questions before or after your purchase, contact support at podrska@iskustvogradnje.net.
2. Digital product
The item purchased is the PDF edition of The house-building experience in the language selected at the time of purchase. No physical book is supplied. You may save the file and make a copy for your personal use.
3. Price and payment
The displayed price is €19.99, including VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe, and the contract is concluded once Stripe confirms successful payment.
4. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a secure download link for the language edition you purchased. We will also send the link by email when the email service is available.
5. Digital delivery and right to withdraw
The digital book becomes available immediately after successful payment. The existence and scope of any right to withdraw depend on the mandatory rules that apply to the customer. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Licence
Your purchase grants you a non-transferable licence for personal use. You may not publish the content publicly, share the file, resell it, remove authorship notices or incorporate the content into another product.
7. Informational nature
The book is educational and organisational material. It does not replace design work, professional supervision, legal or tax advice, or official information from a competent authority. You must engage appropriate local professionals for your project.
8. Problems and complaints
If the file has not been delivered, does not work or is not in the language you purchased, send us a description of the problem and the email address used for the purchase. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence continue to apply where protected by law.
